Ionthis Custom Fabrication with capabilities that fully meets our customer needs. As a Full-Service Fabricator, Ionthis is unique in that our engineering and technical team will take our customers’ product and design, quality, and quantity needs and match them with the correct Custom Fabrication process or possibly a couple of processes to meet our customers’ needs which could include just a simple manual welding process our fully automated robotic welding process depending on the size and design fabrication requirements of our customer. 

This allows our customer to make their best-informed decision and not force-feed them in only one process. Our ability to be able to combine process like stamping, forming, flame or laser cutting and a combination of welding fabrication processes and then final finishing like powder coating or plating, so our customer receives a part that fully meets his requirements without having to send the fabrication out to another secondary process/source
