As a Full-Service Fabricator, Ionthis is unique. Ionthis has custom fabrication and coatings capabilities that fully meet our customers’ requirements. Our engineering and technical team will take our customers’ product and design, quality, and quantity requirements and match them with the correct Custom Fabrication process. We also can combine multiple processes to meet our customers’ unique needs. This could include just a simple manual welding process, our fully automated robotic welding process depending on our customer’s size and design fabrication requirements. 

This allows our customer to make their best-informed decision and not force-feed them in only one process. Our ability to be able to combine processes like stamping, forming, flame or laser cutting and a combination of welding fabrication processes and then final finishing like powder coating or plating, so our customer receives a part that fully meets his requirements without having to send the fabrication out to another secondary process/source
